A good vegetarian wiener is hard to find, but I think I’m on the right track for making my own seitan wiener using this spice blend. My first attempt was too salty, but the second was much better, I think the third time will be the charm.
Definitely worth experimenting with. I look forward to trying other “Sausage Maker” spice blends for making more
meat alternative sausages!
