Well it’s amazing. I have been using it all week to cold smoke Jowl bacon on my large BGE. It lights easily with my heat gun and Camp Chef apple wood pellets and burns 10 to 12 hrs. Much more efficient and WAY less messy than my MES “slow cooker” cold smoke attachment. Wished I’ have bought the AMNPT mounts ago.

I have a Green Egg and wanted to try cold smoke salmon. I read a few recipes and 3 of them recommended the A-MAZE-N Smoker. I filled it with pellets and smoked it for 10 hours. The pellets were still smoking when I pulled the salmon off. Great product! And the salmon came on great too!

I’ll admit, I thought it was pricey, BUT once you use it and see the results, the price will be soon forgotten. I use wood pellets, and they work great. Love it!
