Ordered it by a mistake, as I already di that before. Need clear casing, paper like (with a visible seam) I was using for years. It gets boiled in hot water with head cheese filling (actually “press wurst”) and it does not shrink. Collagen will gradually shrink in hot water until it explodes! I did not buy the clear casing for a while, and could not figure out what I wanted. Called to get an advise from S.M., but they did not know what I needed. Can I send it back and exchange it for fibrous casing, which maybe is what I was getting so far?
