How to Use
#8 Stainless Steel 1/2″ Grinder Plate makes a course grind that can be used to make Soppressata, ground beef for chili, stew meats and rustic Salami.
Hand wash plate with soap and water. Air or towel dry. We recommend dipping the plate into mineral oil to prevent rust.

Receive the device at a timely matter . It was everything they said it would be. Round disc with 12 mm holes, so that meat can come out. Overall it works very well, I would buy it again.
