3″ when stuffed. A string effect printed on the casing that gives the old
world European look. Made for dry curing sausage especially. A protein coating
on the inside of these casings gives them the ability to cling to the meat as
it is drying. Soak in tap water for 10-20 minutes before using. Not edible.
