Description
24″ long and approximately 3″ when stuffed. A fibrous casing generally used for making a salami or a summer sausage. These casings are Pre-tied on one end for your convenience, just soak, stuff, clip one end and hang! The fiber in these casings runs lengthwise which makes them strong so they can be stuffed tighter without breaking. They smoke just as brown as a natural casing. Need not be refrigerated. Soak 10-30 minutes in tap water before using. Not edible. Stuffing capacity: approx. 5 lbs.

These salami casings were so easy to spoon stuff, pin prick and squash down into a perfect salami.
The salami dried perfectly, the casing stuck to the meat. When dried it peeled off easily.
