Collagen clear casings with Venison Sausage-Deer Head print. Casings should be soaked for no more than 5 minutes in lukewarm water before use. Each casing is 18″ long and approximately 2 1/2″ in diameter when stuffed. Non-edible.

I have owned your 20 pound aluminum smoker for probably 20 yearâs and have used it annually to smoke summer sausage. I have had very little problems with it. The only modification made on it was adding the dial thermostat and temperature gauge that was purchased through â the sausage makerâ I have also used your sausage stuffer, casings and seasoning with very good luck. A very satisfied customer .

Just finished my supply of the “Deerhead” casings and need to order more. They hydrate quickly and well and my boy loves the design. Tough too as I can hold tightly and pack them tightly with my Jerky Shooter and make a solid sausage without air pockets.
