*Casings are the same size and quality! Slight change in appearance from before.*24″ long and approximately 2-3/8″ when stuffed. This casing is made for use with dry-cured sausages in particular as it contains a protein coating on the inside that gives them the ability to to the meat as it is drying. Soak 10-30 minutes in tap water before using. Not edible. Stuffing capacity: approx. 2 1/2 lbs.
