Description
These casings are our most popular for beef summer sausages and pepperoni. Pre-Tied at one end for your convenience. No refrigeration required, store at room temperature. Casings are soaked in lukewarm water with one teaspoon of salt before use. Do not overstuff. Not edible, peel off before eating.

- Stuffing capacity per casing: approx. 2 1/2 lbs.

The casings were used to make a summer sausage that turned out great. Easy to peel off when slicing the sausage. Excellent product.
The only downside was the shipping cost – should take into consideration the size/weight of the product. Shipping was way more than the price of the casing. You could have easily mailed the package for 10% of the charged S/H.
