Often used for Sopressata, Summer Sausages, Liverwurst, Bologna, and cooked or dry cured Salamis. Packed in purified salt. Flush with tap water before using. Not edible, peel off before eating. Salted casings have a very long shelf life when stored properly. When refrigerated, packed liberally in purified salt, they have an indefinite shelf life. Un-refrigerated, these salted casings quickly begin to give off a strong odor even though they are not spoiled. Put them back under refrigeration and this odor for the most part subsides.

We are using your beef middles and instacure plus the paprika and cayenne pepper to make Soupie. It is an old recipie from Italy and we are so happy to have the product we need to do the job right! The soupies are curing as we speak and they look fantastic. All of the products were perfect! I wish i could leave a photo here for you but I definitely recamend these products and we will be back!
