I purchased for creating Canadian Bacon from pork loins. It was the perfect size. Though its small its enough to handle a full pork belly allowing for minimum holes while hanging. A win-win at a minimum price.

I’ve ordered from here before. I have never had any issues until this last order. I could have ordered the same items from another source, but trusted sausage maker. I am a bit disappointed with this order. I ordered it on a Saturday and according to the invoice and email it wasn’t shipped out until Thursday, 5 days later. I received it 5 days later. Items are what I expected.
