The thirty pound digital smoker features a digital temperature control to accurately regulate smoke house temperature and a digital thermometer to accurately cook food to safe temperatures. The smoke house also includes a low positioned heating element to create more internal smoke house space and a ventilated smoke diffuser to distribute smoke more evenly. A drip collecting base directs grease drippings underneath the smoker to prevent flare-ups. Large heavy duty castors and a push pull handle are included for mobility. The smokehouse will accommodate up to 11 shelves.
