    1. Kevin Turnage (verified owner)

Ordered the smoker after talking with the people at TSM. I had to wait for it to be built but I kind of liked the idea that is was being built just for me. Arrived a few weeks later, packing was excellent.
Started out cold smoking some cheese which came out great. Cooked some ribs and am learning with each use. I am looking forward to years of smoking with this quality product.

    2. Clinton Aberthal (verified owner)

Smoker did an excellent job cooking the salami sausage that we made.

    3. eric (verified owner)

Received the smoker well packaged and undamaged. Began using that day and several days after. Everything has come out excellent. The only thing I noticed was there is no door seal on the hinge side. Not sure if this is normal as that is the only place smoke leaks/comes out other than the chimney.

    4. Richard Klose (verified owner)

Finally used my smoker and it worked awesome. Kept a steady heat for smoking venison sausage

    5. Dark

Excellent smoker couple things I had some problems with the pre- set nuts to fasten legs on one was not there and the drip tray on the front didn’t fit like it was supposed to needed some fine tuning otherwise works like I hoped it would.

Yes. I use the A-Maze-N Smoke Tray in my Country Style Smoker. You should get about 8 hours of smoke out of one packed tray, OR you can connect a smoke generator to the side of the smoker by drilling a hole.

The smoker is electric. The element will turn on and off in order to regulate an average SET POINT temp. There may be moments of fluctuation, but it will not affect the final outcome. You can purchase an aftermarket PID controller if you need precision

Humidity should not be used when smoking sausages. You can place a water pan on the shelf above the heating element
