The Sausage Maker’s 30 lb. Black Roof Digital Country Style Smoker design has a larger interior height. The additional height allows you to hang longer fish, larger ham, more sausages and bigger bologna.

Removable Top
The top is removable to make both the loading and unloading of meat easy. The cleaning process is easier than with front-only loading models. The smoker has a 10 shelf capacity and extra bracket for hanging meat.

Easy to Clean
Unlike front-only loading smokers, our 30 lb. Black Roof Digital Country Style Smoker’s top can be removed for easy cleaning.

Smart Cooking Thermometer
The smoker features a smart cooking thermometer. Allows you to connect to your phone via an app for easy and convenient monitoring.

    We don't have any dealers in PA. We have a few private shops who sell our some of our products, but I couldn't tell you who they are. You can easily call us or place your order online.

    We have the temps pre-set at 225F PEAK. These are smokers and not BBQs or smoker ovens. They are designed to be used low and slow, and impart smoke as a flavoring agent

    Hi Aaron,

    All of our smokers come as is, following the dimensions in the description. We do not build custom smokers, sorry for the inconvenience. If you would like a bigger smoker you can always look at the 50lb. It holds more product, but it is 220V and you have to either buy a plug or hard-wire it in as it does not come with a plug.     We do not ship equipment directly to customers in Canada. It is far too expensive for most consumers. There are a few distributors in Canada who carry some of our equipment.

    Hi Bob,

    Yes we've been building this design for years. We used to only make the 30lb red roof country smoker, so there should be many reviews on that. This smoker is the same as the red roof, just with a black roof. We wanted to offer our customers another color for one of our best selling smokers. We also had a new website built for us earlier this year, so many reviews did not transfer over it looks like.

    Yes it is! Our entire smoker line is insulated and works great even in cold temperatures, we have tested them in the cold winters here in Buffalo, NY and they work great. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]

    Well, that is a tricky question. In order to cold smoke properly, you will need some air flow. There is an area where you can attach a smoke generator such as SMOKAI or a SMOKE PISTOL to the side, but I prefer to use a sawdust maze. The chamber could work, but it's not designed to do so.
