    This is my second smoker from sausage maker, excellent quality. I have experienced a consistent 15 – 20° difference between the set temp versus the cabinet temp during a 14 hour run

    Order placed 11-27-20 saying it would be about 2 weeks before smoker would ship. Visa was charged immediately. Here it is 6 weeks later, I’ve contacted them 3 times and still no smoker or visa credit. They are selling a product they don’t have.
    Complaint has been resolved, credit issued.

  2. specs say 100 to 200 degrees is that for food product temp (via the probe) or is that the max cabinet temperature...if not how hot will it get...I might use for bacon, Canadian bacon but also for hot entrees like smoked prime rib or Texas brisket ????

    It is the temp range for the smoker.  Yes, you can use it for bacon and all that you asked for.
