Questions and answers of the customers

Hi, Thanks for your response in advance. Is every part and every inch of this product stainless steel? No carbon steel in there that rusts? By the way I owned and operated one of your early early smokers in 1985-1990. It had only 1 inch insulation and it was still doing OK in the Winter. I visited your store in Buffalo, once back the., Still the same place? I was in Virginia then, now in Colorado. I still have a very nice letter from the Founder. 2nd question:

Ever inch of our smokers (except for the electrical components) are made of 304 stainless steel, and stuffed with heavy rigid insulation. I have used my 30# smoker in -3F winter conditions, with no issues holding heat. Temperature recovery times were quick after reloading the sawdust pan too!
