Our 12-prong bacon hanger is made from 18 Gauge (304) stainless steel. This stainless steel hanger is perfect for hanging pork bellies in your smoker so you can enjoy delicious homemade bacon. It can also be used to hang spare ribs and jerky.
The hanger’s sharp points penetrate with the least amount of effort.

I purchest 2 – 12 prong bacon hangers to hang my cured pork belly on to smoke and it made smoking it very easy.

Worked perfectly, sharp points and sturdy. I had tried to do bacon with just meat hooks and racks in my smoker. That was a bad idea, this is a solved problem with a solution that can be bought. Lesson learned, don’t try to reinvent the wheel.
