#10/12 Stainless Steel Spacer 420 Series heat treated Stainless Steel spacer. Fits standard #10/12 Meat Grinders.
This spacer plate (also known as a kidney plate) is used for sausage stuffing. The 2 larger holes in the spacer allow the meat to flow more freely into the casing. The spacers work best with bell shaped tubes.
Spacer works with electric and manual meat grinders.

I call this spacer a “kidney plate” (because of the shape of the holes) and have used them in sausage making for many years. This one is a good quality plate and fit my #12 grinder/stuffer perfectly.
