420 Series heat treated Stainless Steel spacer. Fits standard #10/12 Grinders.
Spacers work best with bell shaped stuffing tubes. They can be used for stuffing sausage with an electric or hand operated meat grinder. The 2 larger holes in the spacer allow the meat to flow more freely into the casing.

I call this spacer a “kidney plate” (because of the shape of the holes) and have used them in sausage making for many years. This one is a good quality plate and fit my #12 grinder/stuffer perfectly.
