How to Use
#10/12 Stainless Steel 1/2″ Grinder Plate makes a course grind that can be used to make Soppressata, ground beef for chili, stew meats and rustic Salami.
Hand wash plate with soap and water. Air or towel dry. We recommend dipping the plate into mineral oil to prevent rust.
