This rack worked so well. Other times I made sausage it was a pain with no rack. This worked so well. The only con on this, is finding a good place to store it. It does fold but still could be a problem if your space is limited.

Never thought to add an additional step to smoking my sausage but I gotta tell ya this showering process really made a difference. The sausages came out quite plump! The rack is very well built too. Will be using often.
