The ingenious design turns ground beef, venison, elk, turkey, goose or any other meat into perfectly-sized, uniform thickness jerky bars for everyone to enjoy. Very easy to use, saves time and money. A great alternative for anyone that enjoys ground jerky but doesn't like the jerky gun style of forming ground meat for jerky. All you need is some plastic wrap and a rolling pin (not included). Wow, for making smaller batches of ground beef jerky this is the ticket. Mix, cure, roll it out-oven, dehydrate, smoke- this is pretty quick and uniform.
