Came back to buy 3 more. We butcher a lot every year, I'm talking multiple pigs, deer, and sometimes even a cow. So trust me when I say, these lugs are worth their weight in gold. Only problem I can find with them is they seem to be out of stock often. They hold a lot of weight and meat. They work for mixing sausage (we do it by hand) and for holding meat to cool, pretty much anything.
