I've used for years and tried other cultures and the old salt method.  This is by far the best veggie culture available.  I've done every veggie imaginable and sauerkraut.  Sauerkraut will be the best ever!  Highly recommend.

I have used this product for a long time, so I know that it is a good product.  The problem is that you shipped it in a manner that left it without refrigeration for over a week. I appreciate the free shipping, but If I would have known how long it would take to get to me I would have rather paid for faster shipping.  As it is, I don't know if the $40.00 worth of starter culture, I received,  is still any good? I will purchase somewhere else next time.
