This is my 3rd motor (including the original). The previous two got weak after a couple of hundred hours or so, which affects the maximum temperature the dehydrator can attain. Eventually, the fan motors completely locked up. A locked up fan motor with is hazard enough; now imagine it inches away from active heater elements! Very dangerous. I emplore TSM to improve the quality of these motors before something bad happens. As it is, I will not use my +$500 dehydrator without being nearby for monitoring.
