Kit includes leg and fulcrum extensions and pulley system which allows you to multiply pressing power for the serious cheese maker. Extension kit can produce up to 1,000 lbs of pressing force with a 50lb weight. (10lb. weight as shown produces 200lb of pressing force). Extra Molds, stacking followers and 10 lb Weight are sold separately.

The extension kit is a necessary addition to the deluxe press. It adds much needed capabilities essential to hard and very hard cheese makes. Although as pricey as the press itself, it is the ultimate in dutch style pressing equipment.

Does what I need	February 12, 2018
Reviewer: The Swamp Thing

I may be an doing something wrong, but for the life of me, I cannot get the pulley bar to fit into the leg extension slots. I don't need the pulley at this time so it hasn't phased me to much, but obviously something to be aware of.
