This is good jerky seasoning. I ended up adding a little more seasoning to the second batch feeling that it needed a little bit more to give the meat a little stronger bbq flavor. Really easy to use and the instructions are great. I dried The meat in the oven on the lowest setting and propped the door open just a bit, it took about 3 1/2 hours to dry 1/4 inch thick pieces. Very tender and good.
