This seasoning can be smoked without Sodium or Potassium Nitrite (Cures) by substituting with Celery Juice Powder, and smoking at temperatures over 190F.

Was pleased with the products and they performed as advertised. Shipping could use some improvement tho. Already had my shipment before the email got to me telling me it was on its way.

This is a great seasoning for those that want to use a natural product. Use Celery Juice Powder in stead on InstCure#1, Great tasting summer sausage!

4 of 5 Venison Sausage December 17, 2020
Reviewer: Jeremy B from De Pere,, WI United States
This product is easy to stuff into the mahogany fibrous casings.
After using this products I found a few things that make the flavor come out. Make sure you let the mixture sit 3-5 days before curing.
Let the sticks air dry 4-5 days after cooking.
