Our sausage and soppressata (soupy) recipes have been passed down our family for generations, but your supplies and expertise help us bring our very intensive all hands-on process into the 21st century. Don't tell Grandpa, but same taste and a lot easier; therefore, less arguing from the Great Uncles so they can drink more wine!

these are awesome I will be ordering more in the future, talk about fast and no hassles loading onto the stuffer. I wish I would have know about these sooner.

We use the preloaded casing for our class in making sausage. Takes the heart ache out a part of the process and makes the end result very satisfying.

Thank you

Easy to use! March 9, 2019

As this was my first sausage-making venture, I have little experience to base a review on. I chose the pre-tubed casings as I could understand that threading untubed casings on the nozzle might be a bit of a challenge for a newbie.  They slipped on pretty easily with no tears. Using a LEM manual stuffer they filled easily and pretty evenly.  My only wish is that there were not 3 lengths of casings on each tube.  One section ended shortly into a batch and I had some meat that had to be pressed back out so I could tie the end. Overall a great experience!

First time trying to make sausage and was happy with results. There must be a trick to keeping the tubed casing on the tube and not have it slide off. Just need to get used to it. Technique is everything. Ordered a real sausage stuffer instead of the kitchen aid variety. Should be much easier to control air bubbles. I would buy these casings again
