No more struggling to put those casings on your stuffing tube. Ease your nerves with these pre-tubed natural hog casings. After soaking them with the plastic still on, simply slide one end over your stuffing tube and pull the plastic off the other end. Will make approximately 45 lbs. of sausage.

The package arrived a soggy saline mess. Looks like the package got a hole in it on the last leg of shipping. I was able to salvage some of the casingings and get back into brine. Good casings from what I could use and had to use them earlier than expected. I wish the packaging was better.

This was my first ever experience making link sausage but overall it was fun and a good learning experience. The pretubed casings were a good choice although I did overstuff some. Can't wait to make the next batch. All good here!
