#32039 Wind River Jerky Mold

Your Price: $16.99
Item Number: 32039

This jerky mold is proudly designed, patented and made entirely in the USA. The ingenious design turns ground beef, venison, elk, turkey, goose or any other meat into perfectly-sized, uniform thickness jerky bars for everyone to enjoy. Very easy to use, saves time and money. A great alternative for anyone that enjoys ground jerky but doesn't like the jerky gun style of forming ground meat for jerky. All you need is some plastic wrap and a rolling pin (not included). To see the process from beginning to end just click on the Image Gallery above or click the link below to the instructions sheet (PDF Format). Thoroughly enjoyed by our staff! Makes 2" wide, 5" long and 1/4" thick Jerky Bars.

Dimensions:
12"W X 15"L X 1/2"H

Do not put in Dishwasher.

Works great

I used a pork breakfast sausage receipe and use 100% ground venison. It came out great! Tastes just like pork sausage. Get small zip lock snack bags and put a bar or two in each. I pull one out of the freezer each morning and its a great mid morning snack. If you put all 3 racks in the oven, you need to rotate them one because they dry at different rates.
