The late Rytek Kutas, author of "Great Sausage Recipes and Meat Curing", had been a professional sausage maker for most of his life. During his long career he gathered and documented hundreds of delicious and regionally authentic recipes. These formulas are mixed by us, in-house, at our facility in Buffalo, NY; with very quick turn-around ensuring these recipes come to you as fresh as humanly possible! Along with his famous recipes we now also carry seasonings that have become a hit with our Staff and most importantly our customers, which add depth to the already expansive catalogue of fresh, delicious, and very affordable seasonings.
