Ron's Scrambled Eggs with Sausage
from Ron Kleinsasser
Take half a link (2-3oz) of fresh sausage (try one of the following, Hot Pork, Cajun, Jalapeno and Herb,or Santa Fe) and crumble in a fry pan and fry over medium heat. When lightly browned add 3 beaten eggs and fry till eggs are set. The seasoned sausage is wonderfully balanced with the eggs and requires no more seasoning.
