If you plan on getting a lot of use out of your stuffer, we recommend having a second cylinder for backup. Instead of purchasing a new stuffer, you might only need to replace your cylinder. Or, for the dedicated sausage maker, an extra cylinder will allow you to increase your sausage making output. After you're finished making the first batch of sausages, you can have another ready-to-go cylinder packed with your choice meat on deck for round two!
