Our commercial strength dehydrators have, for years, been an industry favorite. To better accommodate your drying needs, upgrade your dehydrating system to our D-14 Stainless Steel Dehydrator, our largest and most powerful dehydration machine!

We've taken everything you love about our smaller models and made this unit even better! We made the D-14 larger to allow for two extra shelves, increasing your drying space by nearly 20%! You will be able to dry as much as 21 lbs. of meat for jerky at a time. Our new LED Display will allow you to set the unit for an unprecedented 99 hours of drying. The D-14 is even easier to clean than our other units. We've designed a stainless steel removable rack system, allowing for both the 14 shelves and their brackets to come out for cleaning. Similarly, the entire back panel is removable for cleaning.

This dehydrator is by no means lacking in efficiency. The louvers on the door facilitate water removal, and the vertical location of the 2 rear mounted fans improve air circulation throughout the entire machine.

With all of the improvements, the D-14 still maintains the quality and dependability of a Sausage Maker product. Its Stainless Steel construction won't rust or tarnish, and the unit is backed by our guarantee. We're sure you'll be as excited about our D-14 as we are!

Although the D14 is capable of heating to temperatures as high as 200°F, they are designed not to exceed 170°F. This temperature is sufficient to dry an type of food product while ensuring safety. Dehydration is accomplished at low temperatures over long periods of time. For those customers with specific needs that require the D14 to operate above 170°F, this can be accomplished with the addition of an Insulation Kit and/or replacing your louvered door with a non-louvered door.
