We custom designed the stainless steel tray to hold 4 individual serving cups of yogurt. Simply mix the provided yogurt culture into heated milk and separate the mixture into the yogurt cups. The trays easily slide into the shelving brackets of your D-5 or D-10 Dehydrator to make loading and unloading the unit a snap.
