These casings are most popular for semi-dry cure bologna, thuringer, cappicola and mortadella. No refrigeration required. Store at room temperature. Casings are soaked in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of salt before use. Do not overstuff. 24" long. 10 casings per package. Not edible. Stuffing capacity: 7-8 lbs.
