These casings are most popular for venison salami, hard genoa salami and soppressata. No refrigeration required, store at room temperature. Casings are soaked in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of salt before use. Do not overstuff. 24" long. 20 casings per package. Not edible. Stuffing capacity: approx. 5 1/2 lbs.
