Clear collagen casing. Pre-tied on one end. Each casings is 20" long and approximately 3 3/8" in diameter when stuffed. Casings are soaked in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of salt before use. 20 casings per package. Suggested use: Vension salami, hard Genoa salami and soppressata. Non-edible. Stuffing capacity: approx. 5 lbs. raw product
