24" long and packed 20 to a bundle. A string effect casing that gives the old world European look. Made for dry curing sausage. A protein coating on the inside of these casings gives them the ability to cling to the meat as it is drying. Soak in tap water for 20-30 minutes before using. Not edible. Stuffing capacity: approx. 5 lbs.
