#24105 Red Deer Head Casings (2 3/8" x 12") 61MM

12" long. Bundle of 20. A synthetic casing used for making beef stick, venison salami, venison summer sausage and more. The fiber in these casings runs lengthwise which makes them strong so they can be stuffed tighter without breaking. Need not be refrigerated. Soak 20-30 minutes in tap water before using. Not edible. Stuffing capacity: approx. 1 1/2 lbs.
