This jerky mold is proudly designed, patented and made entirely in the USA. The ingenious design turns ground beef, venison, elk, turkey, goose or any other meat into perfectly-sized, uniform thickness jerky bars for everyone to enjoy. Very easy to use, saves time and money. A great alternative for anyone that enjoys ground jerky but doesn't like the jerky gun style of forming ground meat for jerky. All you need is some plastic wrap and a rolling pin (not included). Well, I've waited till i had used this a few times, to comment. The mold came with no instructions or tips! Nothing on line either.

I mixed the lean beef and my spice etc. Pressed into the molds and covered with plastic wrap rolled both directions till excess spilled over.
Placed in freezer for 30 minutes.
Used a wide flexible knife to extract the meat and place on dehumidifier tray. 8 hr.s and 10 minutes at 280 in the oven
Issues: it slides all over on the countertop. You'll need to place towels or clamp it down to make it stay put. Mine is warped.
I'd send it back but not cost effective.
