Already used the seasoning.
Wonderful taste!
Maybe a bit too much paprika.

Hungarian Sausage Seasoning 2lbs. 4oz. January 14, 2017

Used this for the first time.  I generally use my long time family recipe that goes back generations.  It worked well and has a mild combination of spices.  It has a nice red color and when smoked tastes great.  In my personal opinion it could have more of a garlic flavor.  I crushed garlic into the required water for a few days before adding to the meat.  That did the trick.

Outstanding Mix February 8, 2016
Reviewer: John Szymanski from Lockport, NY United States
I had an old Hungarian gentleman ask me if I could make him some smoked hungarian sausage.  So I tried this mix with just a little extra kcik added (Cayenne).

He told me it was just like back home.  The best he had had in some time.
