Description

A mild mix of spices that doesn't overdo it. Complements the venison and doesn't try to replace it with too much of one spice, this one is just right which makes it a top-selling seasoning. You can substitute the pork trimming with Fat Replacer if you wish. Altogether a classic seasoning that has done very well and made a lot of people very happy.

Uses Insta Cure™ No. 1, and is generally stuffed into a synthetic fibrous casing (Insta Cure™ No. 1, and casings sold separately).

Makes 50 lbs. Contains Mustard & Soy. Recipe on package.

Makes a Good Moose Sausage. December 12, 2015
Reviewer: Maine Moose Hunter
I made a batch of moose sausage with the Sausage Maker Deer Sausage Seasoning and added Insta Cure #1 as directed by the recipe on the seasoning container. The resulting sausage was good but a little salty for my taste.

Mixed with jalepeno, chipotle and hi temp cheese.  This was a very good flavor for these added ingredients.
