This cure infuses hams or bacon with a delicious brown sugar flavor. Contains Cure#1.

Comes with full instructions using a brine. For best results, hams/bacon should be stich-pumped using a meat pump with perforated needle.

2 lbs. will cure 25 lbs meat.

Havent tried it yet.  Didnt have instructions for doing bacon after brinng.  Like do you rinse? etc.
