Stuff into a 32-35 or 35-38 MM hog casings or collagen casing. Use Insta Cure™ No. 1 and Soy Protein Concentrate if smoking the sausage. (Insta Cure™ No. 1, Soy Protein Concentrate and casings sold separately).
