A summer sausage originating from the swedish city of Göteborg. Coarse, semi-dry cured sausage with nutmeg and coriander. Typically made using beef but, it's a personal preference with pork being just as tasty...hence the relaxed ingredient above "10 lbs. of Meat". This sausage is superb after smoking. Scandinavians, enjoy!
Uses InstaCure™ No. 1 and stuffs into a synthetic casing (InstaCure™ No. 1 and casings sold separately).
