A mild breakfast sausage seasoning. Makes a delicious breakfast sausage, no need for the syrup on this one, it's prepared with it's own natural maple flavor. If regular sausage is more to your liking, simply stuff the mixed ground meat into a larger casing, also excellent as a supper entre. Makes sweet mouth-watering sausage, everytime.
Can be made into patties or stuffed in a sheep or collagen casings (sold separately).
