A fresh breakfast sausage seasoning with a bite. This works great with anything pork...sausages (both large and small diameter), patties for burgers, sprinkle some over pork goulash...try it on some meatballs for excellent results.

For sausages, stuff into hog casings and for breakfast links or hotdogs use sheep casings. (sold separately).
