A mixture of sage, ground red pepper and other spices. Similar to the Regular breakfast sausage except it contains a little more zip, for those who like to start the day with a little kick. Excellent breakfast sausage mix.

Can be made into patties or stuffed into sheep or collagen casings (sold separately).
