A chunky bologna, made with coarse cuts of meat. Trail Bologna originates from the Troyer family in a tiny town of Trail, Ohio. Well, this seasoning is not taken from their recipe because they are known for the all-beef version of bologna. The seasoning we sell is modeled after the Troyer's only ours is primarily for wild game, although it can be used to your preference. Give this American classic it's due, thank you Troyers.
